Bread Khaman - My unique and innovative recipe for tea time snack
Khaman is a popular Indian dish which can quickly be prepared as a tasty snack.
Here I am presenting an innovative variety of khaman with bread. Bread is rolled in the form of pinwheels and then dipped in gram flour batter and steamed to perfection.
It is delicious and healthy as it is steamed and prepared with less oil.
Perfect snack for evening tea time or a kitty party.

Here I am presenting an innovative variety of khaman with bread. Bread is rolled in the form of pinwheels and then dipped in gram flour batter and steamed to perfection.
It is delicious and healthy as it is steamed and prepared with less oil.

Steps

Gather all the ingredients required

First take bread cut edges, then roll flat very carefully with a rolling pin.

Apply green chutney and imli ki chutney generously.

Roll each bread slice carefully and tightly into a pinwheel and cut into half and keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl and mix besan, curd, salt, sugar and fruit salt and water and make a thick paste.

Meanwhile boil one glass of water in a steamer.

Dip each roll in the besan batter and arrange on the greased perforated plate in the steamer.

Cover with a lid and steam for 10 minutes on high flame turning them upside down after 5 minutes in between. It's done.

For tempering
Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sesame seeds, green chilli. - 10
Arrange the prepared bread khaman on a platter, pour this tempering on the khaman, garnish with coconut and coriander leaves
Serve with green chutney
