Ingredients

  1. 1/2flour
  2. 3tblspn blueband
  3. 3tblspn powder milk
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 1/4 cupmilk
  6. 1tblspn yeast
  7. 4tblspn sugar
  8. 1/2tblspn salt

Steps

    Method:
    In a mixer, add all the ingredients except milk.
    Mix well, then add milk beginning with 3/4 cup of milk.
    Mix well and then check to see if more milk is needed, keep kneading the dough and adding the milk until you get a soft but firm dough..
    If the 1 and a quarter cup milk is finished and the dough is still hard, you can add some more milk but a little at a time.
    Once you get the soft dough, cut the dough into equal pieces and shape the pieces into balls.

    Place the balls in a grease baking pan and Let the balls rise. One risen, bake them at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes..When it reaches at 15 minutes check the colour of the scones, if they have reached the desired colour, cover the top of the scones with aluminium paper foil, so they don’t burn, then continue baking them for the remaining 5 minutes..
    After 30 minutes, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minut
