I love Goat Meat in Stew and soups because of the disntct flavour. To retain that flavour when used for cooking, you don't need much spices when boiling.

Steps

Wash th raw meats thoroughly with clean water

Put the washed meats inside a pot

Add thyme, curry, seasoning cubes, blended pepper, onions and place on heat to cook.

Allow the water from the meat to cook it if you desire a concentrated stock. But if you need more stock for soups, add little water.

Taste for salt, you may not really add salt at times when boiling meats if it's well seasoned. Because seasoning cubes contain salt already..

When it's done put the cooked meat in a sieve.

Fry them in batches in heated vegetable oil oil or roast, grill as you like it...
