Mix all the ingredients in one bowl well.

Knead to a soft dough.

Roll out your dough in a flat surface.

Cut into desired shape

Heat oil in a pan till hot.

Deep fry your Mandazi till golden brown then turn the other side.

Place on a perchment paper to drain oil.

Serve as you wish.
