Steps

Pressure cook sarso, spinach and bathua till one whistle. Remove and let it cool. Grind it to coarse paste.

Heat ghee in a pan. Crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Add chopped onions, saute for a minute. Then add chopped garlic and ginger. Cook for another minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add spices as per your taste.

Add the pureed greens into it (adjust consistency with water if required). Give a boil and serve hot with makke ki roti
