Soak the bamboo sticks in water so that they don't get burnt when grilling.

Cut chicken thighs into one-bite size and remove the extra fat.

Cut the vegetables into one-bite size as well.

Marinate chicken thighs with the spices, let it rest for 30 mins (or overnight).

Put the vegetables and meat on sticks. Each stick will have 4 to 5 layers of vegetables and 2 to 3 pieces of meat.

Grill it for 10 to 12 mins. Turn them when needed.

And it's done!
