Steps

In mixing bowl add maida flour, baking powder, sugar powder,salt,ghee and curds.

Mix and bind with milk into soft dough. Keep aside for 2 hours.

In nonstick pan add heat oil,add chopped spring onion,saute for few minutes on slow flame.

Add chat masala, garam masala and salt,mix and saute till dry mixture formed..cool the mixture.

From prepared dough a small portion,roll into small round,place 1 tbsp spring onions mixture,

Gather the edges,roll into small round kulcha.

Roast on non stick tawa...on both sides..till golden brown in colour. Apply butter on it and serve hot. Similarly prepared all stuffed Spring Onion Kulchas.
