Ingredients

  1. 300 grice flour
  2. 150 gwhole gram pulse soaked around 5 hour
  3. 5green chilli chopped
  4. 3 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspmusterd
  6. 2 tspginger grated
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  9. 3 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  10. 3 tspgarlic leaves chopped
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala optional
  12. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    First, take a kadhai put on flame add 1glass water boil it add rice flour saute 1min..

  2. 2

    Now,make a dough by kneading continuously till smooth keep aside..

  3. 3

    Take a jar add washed lentil griend them roughly.

  4. 4

    Now, take a khadhai add 3tsp oil add musterd after crackers add green chilli, garlic saute few min add ginger Saute few sec add griend lentil,salt termaric saute well now mix well add garlic leaves keepaside.

    In a big bottem pan add 1litre water boil them add pitha first 2min cook full flame then 10 min low to medium flame. Serve it hot with own choice chutni or any subji.

    Now, Take a small size dough fill 2tsp fried lentil cover properly.In same process fill all pitha.
