Red Chilli Pickle
It is a spicy and fresh pickle!
Steps

Wash the chillies and dry them properly.Cut them into long pieces after removing seeds.

Now add lemon juice.

Heat the oil and add Hing and then let it cool down.

Once it cools down and is lukewarm add Salt,Turmeric powder,Saunf,Crushed Black Pepper,Mustard Dal and once this Masala cools down,mix it with the Red Chillies.

Now keep in a storing jar and keep in the fridge.You can keep this pickle for 1 month in the fridge.
