Steps

First hard boil the eggs for atleast 12-15 minutes

Cut tomato and onion and make puree

After boiling the eggs remove the shells and make atleast 5-6 holes per egg with the help of toothpich or matches stick

Warm the oil in a kadhai or pan and fry the eggs and remove when they will become golden brown

For Making a creamy gravy first saute onions till they golden brown after that add tomato and salt immedietly after adding onion

Then burn all the water and cook them properly after that add dahi ya milk and mix well

Add all the masalas and mix well

After adding masalas add some water and set the consistency of the gravy as per requirement

Affter making gravy again make some holes in aggs and put them into grauy

And cook for last 1 minute on low heat

After that remove from heat and serve with naan or rumali roti
