Steps
- 1
Prepare your ingredients by chopping your onion, kale, and garlic. Grate your carrots to the size you like. I prefer grated ones as the juices are easy to penetrate through for flavours.
- 2
Put your oil/margarine if you like on the sufuria. Add in your onion and fry to golden brown. Add in your garlic, coriander powder, and finally your shredded carrots and stir.
- 3
Add in your kale and cover to cook for a minute. Add in the salt to taste.
- 4
Your kale is ready after 3minutes. Serve with hot ugali or whatever you like.
