Ingredients

  • 200 gtomato washed well
  • 110 gaggery
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 inchginger grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 4 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add bay leaves,green chill,cumin seeds and saute for a minute

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomato and cook,add salt, black pepper powder add jaggery cook till thick consistency in last add Coriander leaves now turn off gas. ready to eat.
