Remove the fibres of pumpkin leaves. And sort out managu

Wash them and cut then boil. You can add msherekha

After boiling for 25mins. Keep aside

Fry your onions then add chopped tomatoes and mix till soft.

Add the vegetables and the milk. Add a little salt

Cook for some minutes. The cool down

Serve with Ugali
