Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlwashed poha
  2. 3-4chopped onion
  3. 2tomato
  4. 1/2 cuppeas
  5. As neededghee
  6. To tasteGreen chilli
  7. To tastesalt
  8. To tasteRed chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. To tasteGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take hai fry pan add ghee.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, tomato, pea and green chilli and fry it.

  3. 3

    Add tarmric powder, salt, red chilli powder and gram masala and fry it.

  4. 4

    Now add washed poha in it. Cook for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Yammy Poha ready to serve.
