Ingredients

  • 1small gourd sliced
  • 1 handfullentil dumplings
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add lentil dumplings and fry till brown

  3. 3

    Now add the gourd and saute

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  5. 5

    Add coconut and fry well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Add coriander leaves chopped and serve
