2.2 lbslarge shrimp (1 kg)
12 ozbacon (about 350 grams)
1 packagecream cheese (8 oz/225 grams, such as Philadelphia)
1 tablespoonchipotle pepper

Mix the cream cheese with the chipotle pepper. (No need to add salt; the bacon will provide enough.)

Clean the shrimp, fill them with the cheese mixture, and wrap each one with bacon.

Fry over medium heat until the bacon is golden brown.
