Wash and suck your rice for some minutes fetch one cup and boil.

When its done wash d reaming raw rice add in d cooked one and grind to a soft mixture

Mix with one table spoon if yeast,cover and place in a dark n warm place until it double in size

When it doubles add in one teaspoon baking powder,sugar and your chooped onions

Mix well and start frying your masa

Put small oil in a pan add in your granded meat,scotch bonnet,onions and seasoning fry for like 8min and b stirring on time.

When you put small amount of d masa pan inside the pan put in small meat on tip and cover with your reaming paste.

Fry on low heat so that the inside will be done too

When the down side is golden brown flip in to d other side too till you finish.

Serve with vegetable soup,honey or kuli kuli.
