Ingredients

  • 1/4k Ground Chicken
  • 250 gBaguio Beans
  • 2 cCoconut cream (Kakang gata)
  • 2 pcs.Chili finger (depends on your preference how spicy)
  • 2 pcs.Bird's eye chili (depends on your preference how spicy)
  • 2 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1 pc.Medium Onion minced
  • 1 TbspShrimp paste
  • 2 TbspCanola Oil
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic. Add chili finger.

  2. 2

    Add ground chicken. Cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add beans and shrimp paste. Cook for 5 mins.

  4. 4

    Pour in coconut cream and bird's eye chili. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
