Ingredients

5 servings
  • 5eggs
  • 5potatoes
  • 4Green chilli
  • 1big Onion
  • 1medium tomato
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 10 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2cloves
  • 2 sticksCardamon
  • 1/2 inchcinnamon
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 2/3 cupoil
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into two pieces.Boil potatoes and eggs. Peels off eggs shell.

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan.Fry potatoes and eggs adding salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Make paste of onion,ginger,chilli and garlic. Make tomato puree.

  4. 4

    Add bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon,cardamon into oil.

  5. 5

    Add onion ginger garlic,chilli paste. Add salt, sugar,turmeric powder. Cook very well until oil reduce. Add red chilli powder,cumin powder, tomato puree. Cook well.

  6. 6

    Add required water and let boil. Add eggs and potatoes. Boil for 5 minutes. Add garam masala powder. Serve with steamed rice.
