  1. 4Irish potatoes
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 pinchseasoning cube
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Little slices of onion
  7. 1 pinchcoriander

  1. 1

    Peel Irish potatoes, Wash slice and salt it. Heat up oil and fry it then set aside.

  2. 2

    Get a bowl, break egg, add seasoning, coriander and whisk, heat up oil and add sliced onions, when tender,pour in the whisked egg and fry.

  3. 3

    Put in a lunch pack with the fried chips and enjoy.
