Ingredients

1 person
  • Halfcup of white rice
  • Quater cup of Chickpea(let soak in water for about 1-2hours before cooking)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1boneless chicken breast
  • Halfserving spoon vegetable oil
  • Chicken seasoning,Ginger,Garlic,thyme,corriander,Red pepper
  • Tomatoe,Carrots,onion,Greenpepper,(cut to desired shapes)
  • Cornflour

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean pot add in your white rice and parboil for about 10-15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Rinse well,and add to boiling water,together with your Soaked chickpea(because they are usually hard and take longer time to cook)add a pinch of salt and let cook.

  3. 3

    Ina a pan or wok,add your veg oil,onion,and your already cut chicken breast,stirfry,and add in your seasonings,continue stiring until chicken is soft.

  4. 4

    Proceed to add in your vegetables,and stir.

  5. 5

    Mix your cornflour with decent amount of water,and pour it into your sauce,stir,add more water until the desired consistency is reached,allow to cook for about 3 minutes,add in your curry and stir.
