Tried this lip smacking recipe for the first time. This is my innovative recipe which really tasted awesome..

Mix well the ghee in All purpose flour and Prepare dough by adding little bit of water in it. Also add the kinnow zest for flavour. After done, add some ghee to the surface and keep aside for some time.

Prepare filling- Add mawa, milk powder, sugar as per taste and kinnow juice to a pan and mix on medium heat. Make it's consistency thick enough for filling. Add cardamom powder, kesar, chopped walnuts and keep aside for cooling.

Prepare sugar syrup- Add water, sugar, kinnow juice and kesar strands and cook the syrup of 1.5 string consistency.

Take dough and make small equal portions. Flatten them slightly and add the filling to them.

Fry them on medium heat and dip in sugar syrup.

Add some warm milk and kinnow syrup to prepared filling and make instant rabri to serve mawa batis like a pro.
