Ingredients

  • 1 bowldhuli moong daal
  • 4 bowlwater
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add water, daal, salt and boil it

  2. 2

    Now take a fry pan heat the ghee and add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste and soute it

  4. 4

    Add onion, tomato and soute, it.

  5. 5

    Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well

  6. 6

    Add boiled daal and cook it
