Steps
- 1
Place the chicken breasts in the refrigerator to firm up slightly, then slice them thinly. Add vinegar, oil, and spices, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 2
After marinating, heat a skillet and cook the chicken in batches, stirring until all the liquid evaporates and the chicken is browned. At the end, add salt and 1 tablespoon butter (any kind), stir for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and set aside.
- 3
Separately, take a spring roll wrapper (or lavash/shawarma bread), roll it into a cigar shape, then cut into thin strips. Add 2 tablespoons melted margarine (or butter) and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, mix well, and arrange the strips in a muffin tin or small oven-safe dish to form a nest shape.
- 4
Add a little of the chicken filling on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden.
- 5
Once baked, serve with salad and garnish as desired.
