Steps

In a mixing bowl take basen add curd sugar salt and 1 tsp oil add turmeric mix it well add same water and make a paste keep aside for 20/25 minutes

Now in a steamar add 1 glass water heat it up when water boils take a greased plate add dokla batter than add eno salt pour immediatly.

After 10/12 min check with knife if ready cut into desired piece

Now in a pan add 1 tsp oil heat it add curry patta green chillies, add some mustard seeds then let the seeds crackle pour it upon dhoklas and it's done
