Spinach potato/ aloo palak

Ingredients

  1. 2potatoes
  2. 2 bunchspinach
  3. 1 cupoil for frying
  4. 1 pinchasafoetida
  5. 2onions grinded
  6. 1tomato grinded
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp dry Coriander
  9. 1 pinchgaram masala
  10. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    1st we will wash and chop the potatoes

  2. 2

    After that boil the spinach in presure cooker take 1 whistle.

  3. 3

    Grind onion and tomato,chilli, ginger and make a fine paste.

  4. 4

    We will fry chopped potatoes until brown after that will fry onion tomato paste with cumin and asafoetida.

  5. 5

    When both paste will be ready after that pour spinach paste and potato and boil it until it forms a thick gravy
