I had it for lunch with my colleagues. We cooked it based on 玫瑰小姐 (Ms. Rose) ’s recipe in Cookpad Taiwan. Ingredients

3 people
  • 3 packagesFrozen udon noodle
  • 250 gminced pork meat
  • 1onion
  • Sauce ingredients
  • 1.5 tablespoonSoy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoonMirin (Japanese sweetened sake)
  • 1.5 tablespoonMiso paste
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonminced ginger
  • Decoration
  • minced leak

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut onion and leak in small pieces.

    Heat a pan, add some oil and stir fry onion. Add minced meat when the onion becomes transparent.

  3. 3

    At the same time with 2, boil water, heat up already-cooked frozen udon noodles for 1 min and drain.

    Mix all the ingredients for miso sauce.

    Add sauce into the pan and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add well drained udon into the pan and mix well.

  7. 7

    Decorate the pieces of leak on top and finish! Serve hot!
