Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 litremilk
  • 1 tspcalcium lactate or 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 100 gmnolen gur
  • 1 1/2 cupwhipped cream
  • 1 tspbutter scotch
  • 1 tspliquid nolen gur

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk and make chena by either adding calcium lactate or lime juice.

  2. 2

    Strain well. Mix the nolen gur very well. Keep 1/ 3rd of it aside.

  3. 3

    Now heat the 2/3 rd in a microwave oven for around 4 mins. Cool

  4. 4

    After it is cooled, blend in a mixer till smooth and creamy.

  5. 5

    Take a wide bottom container. Spread the mixture kept aside (1/3rd). Top with the blended mixture. Spread some butter scotch. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle a tsp of liquid nolen gur
