Combine the wet ingredients together

In a saucepan, combine 3 tablespoons of butter and milk.remove from heat once the butter is melted making sure you don't overheat the milk

Using a hand whisker,combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth

Using a pan,shallow fry your pancakes with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.

Turn the pancake once the bubbles start forming on top....happy cooking!
