Break coconut,grate and soak in warm water squeeze out the coconut milk ans set side.cut the green pepper,carrots and green beans.parboil rice and rinse.

Place the coconut milk on the heat add vegetable oil,curry,onion,black pepper,salt,seasoning,garlic and ginger paste.when is boiling rinse in the rice and stir.cook till is done and pour in the green pepper,carrots and green beans stir and that is it.
