Ingredients

1 bowlboiled moong dal
1 tspcumin seeds
2green chillies
1red chilli
1bay leaf
1 tbspcumin powder
1 tspred chilli Powder
2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspginger paste
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

1

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds, bay leaf and red chilli.

Add ginger paste,salt and turmeric powder
3

Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder.

Mix well and add the boiled dal.

Simmer adding sugar and switch off

It is ready to serve
