  • 200 gmSugar
  • 1 kgMILk
  • as neededDry Fruits as you wish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk and carrots and stir continue.when thick the milk than add the sugar and stir continue.

  2. 2

    Firstly wash carrots and peel and great.Other side take a heavy bottom pan and on the flame

  3. 3

    When milk dry completely add dry Fruits and Gajrlea is ready to serve
