Ragda patties

For ragda- soak green peas over night. Cook it in cooker for 2 whistle

Take pan heat oil and add seeds, garlic ginger paste, cook well then onion cook till brown

Add tomato, Garam masala and salt.

Then boiled peas, cook for 3-4 mins and keep aside

For patties- Boiled potatoes, peel it.

Now mashed it and add all ingredients, make lemon sized ball

Press it on palm and shallow fry this tiki by applying little oil on griddle or tava

Now in plate take patties add ragada on it, then garnish it with green chutney, curd, tamarind chuteny

Then sprinkle coriander, farsan and onion and serve hot plate
