Ingredients

  1. For Ragda
  2. 2 cupgreen peas
  3. 1 tspmustard & cumin seed
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1chopped tomato
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 20Patties
  12. 5big potatoes
  13. 1 tspblack salt
  14. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  15. 1finely chopped green chilli
  16. 1 tspcumin seeds
  17. 1 tspcoriander powder
  18. 1 tsplemon juice
  19. 2 tspcorn flour
  20. 2-3 tspoil for shallow fry
  21. as neededGreen chutney
  22. 2 cupCoriander with stems chopped
  23. 1 tsplemon juice
  24. 2-3curry leaves
  25. 1chilli
  26. 1/2 tspblack salt
  27. Garnishing
  28. 1/2 cupTamarind chutney
  29. 1 cupcurd (optional)
  30. 1 cupfarsan
  31. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  32. 1-3 tspred chilli powder use as per taste
  33. 1/2 cupchopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    For ragda- soak green peas over night. Cook it in cooker for 2 whistle

  2. 2

    Take pan heat oil and add seeds, garlic ginger paste, cook well then onion cook till brown

  3. 3

    Add tomato, Garam masala and salt.

  4. 4

    Then boiled peas, cook for 3-4 mins and keep aside

  5. 5

    For patties- Boiled potatoes, peel it.

  6. 6

    Now mashed it and add all ingredients, make lemon sized ball

    Press it on palm and shallow fry this tiki by applying little oil on griddle or tava

    Now in plate take patties add ragada on it, then garnish it with green chutney, curd, tamarind chuteny

  9. 9

    Then sprinkle coriander, farsan and onion and serve hot plate
