  • 100 gmPuffed rice
  • 50 gmMakhana
  • 100 gmpea nuts roasted
  • 100 gmRoasted Channa
  • 50 gmAlmonds roasted
  • to tasteBlack salt for roast

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottom pan add salt and on the flame

  2. 2

    When salt is hot add makhana and roast for 1mint and drain out

  3. 3

    Add puffed rice and roast.take a bowl and add all ingredients and give a good mix and bhal is ready to serve
