Ingredients

  • 1 bowlroasted Suji
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • As required ghee
  • As required dry fruits (optiona)
  • 1-2cardamoms

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan add ghee add cardamoms.

  2. 2

    Then add suji and give a light mix as the suji is already roasted it might burn.

  3. 3

    Add milk and sugar and stir continuously.

  4. 4

    Once the suji absorbs milk switch off the flame.

  5. 5

    Garnish as per your like and taste.I prefer eating plain with roti.
