In a bowl mix maida,rice atta flour and salt. mix a 1 tablespoon of oil and a cup of water make it a smooth dough and kept for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pan. And fry the grated vegetables add little amount of salt and soya sauce.stir for a min till it's half cooked. After meanwhile take out the vegetables and keep aside. In meanwhile heat the momo container and bring it to a boil the water inside the container.

After 1 hour,make a small round shape of an rice dough.fill the fried vegetables inside the rice and make it like a momo shape and put inside the container cook for next 45 min so that it will soft to taste.

Serve it with a chilli sauce or tomato chutney.
