Ingredients

  1. 4rolls of wheat flour dough
  2. 2 medium size boiled aloo
  3. to tastesalt
  4. to tastegreen chilli
  5. 1 tspfennel seds
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 pinchhing /asafoetida
  8. as neededoil
  9. 1 tbspchopped green coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix aloo and spices well and make aloo masala

  2. 2

    Now take a dough roll

  3. 3

    Roll it like chapati stuff with masala and seal it's edges

  4. 4

    Roll it again like chapati,place on hot tawa and cook from both sides by applyig oil and serve hot with chutney,tea or curd.
