  • Doesn't have xanthan gum in it
  • 1 1/2 cupraw sugar
  • 1 teaspoonCream of tarter
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonsea salt
  • 1 can(30ozs) canned pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 stick (8 tbsps)salted butter
  • 4eggs
  • Optional (2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice)

Steps

    Put all dry ingredients together and mix

    Spray glass pans with olive oil

    If spread thinly check at 20min.

    Toothpick should come out clean when they're done. But don't overbake
