2 cupsrice flour
1/2 cupsemolina
2grated carrot
1chopped onion
2chopped capsicum
1green chilli
SomeCoriander leaves
As neededSalt
1/4 tspred chilli
1/4 tspcumin seeds

Make the batter of rice flour and semolina

Add all veggies and mix well
3

Add salt and all spices
4

Mix well

Heat oil on a non stick pan

Spread 1 laddle on it
7

Cook on medium flame
8

Turn and pour some oil on sides
9

Cook till crisp both sides
10

Serve with chutney
