Steps

Take a bowl add wheat flour, curd, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Make a very soft dough and keep a side for half an hour.

Take a another bowl. Take Boiled Potatoes mashed it. Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, Ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, and hand full of coriander. Mix it well and divide in 2 portion.

Now take a dough add a tsp oil and take all air and make soft dough. Make it two portion.

Take rolling pin sprinkle some dry flour. Put one portion ball and spread it with hand now put one portion of stuffing in it.

Now close it and Spread it with smooth hand.

On medium flame put a pan. Placed the rolled kulcha on pan.

Add little oil and roast it.
