  4. 1big Green pepper
  5. 1/2Onion

  7. 2ripe Plantain

    Beat eggs add salt and curry..cut the carrots,green pepper and onion.

  2. 2

    Heat up vegetable oil fry onion,green pepper and carrots for 1minute and pour in the eggs to fry.
