Carrot flavoured American/Fluffy pancakes. #Authormarathon

In a mixing bowl, Add eggs and sugar n whisk well till sugar dissolves.

Add 1 cup milk as u whisk. Add baking powder n mix.

Add carrot puree n continue mixing.

Once ready, remove it from the pan as u continue cooking the rest. Same process apply.

Using a laddle, scoop some battle n pour on your pan in a small circular motion. After a moment, sprinkle some little oil on top.

Let it cook n brown on one side then turn on the other side once ready. Make sure its golden brown.

Turn it on the other side n let it cook n brown as well still on moderate heat. Note: If you put too much heat, the pancake will just brown but wunt be cooked inside.

To check whether its ready use a skewer or a tooth pick n insert it at the centre. If a skewer comes out clean its cooked. Once ready, remove it from the pan as u continue cooking the rest. Same process apply.
