  • 2nile perch, fried
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Wash the fish and set aside. Then fry onions till brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes the cook to soften. Add a little water for soup and salt

  3. 3

    Add the fish and cook for 8 mins

  4. 4

    Serve with Ugali
