Plantain has ever been my favorite food which i can consume 24/7... I only fry it before but i decided to dive into other people culture which is boiling the plantain. Just because i am hausa/fulani dosnt mean i shouldnt explore or rather eat our normal fura and nono. I love creativity too and a little bit of something to go best with which is an egg sauce. You all need to try this recipe.

  • 3 Halfripe plantain
  • Tomato
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • Seasonings
  • Oil
  • Water

    Wash your plantain with the back and cook

  2. 2

    Cut your tomato, pepper and onion then put on a pan. Add oil and seasonings. Allow to cook then crack the egg and pour into the sauce. Cover and allow to cook for 3mins and its ready
