When you want mahamris but dont want the deep frying.I used my mahamri recipe and baked instead of the normal frying method.
Steps

Mix everything in a bowl except coconut milk or milk.

Add the milk not all and start mixing to get a soft dough.Check the milk if you need less or more and add or reduce.The dough shouldnt be hard a little sticky is okay.

Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for 15 mins.

You can now make any shapes you want and arrange in your baking pan ready for baking.I used the croissants shapes.Bake.

I like brushing them with margarine immediately after baking to keep them soft.
