Seafood Paella

If you want to make paella but don't have much time or money, I recommend trying this recipe! It's quick and budget-friendly! I made it with a frozen seafood paella mix you can find at any supermarket (since I obviously can't afford fresh seafood 😂), and it turns out delicious.

If you want to make paella but don't have much time or money, I recommend trying this recipe! It's quick and budget-friendly! I made it with a frozen seafood paella mix you can find at any supermarket (since I obviously can't afford fresh seafood 😂), and it turns out delicious.
Steps
- 1
First, place the frozen seafood paella mix in a bowl with hot water.
- 2
Chop the garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Sauté them in a pan. When the onion is soft, add the chopped tomatoes and the drained seafood mix. Cook over medium heat for about 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3
Add the rice and stir. Then pour in the orange juice, white wine, fish stock, half the parsley, saffron, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is done, stirring occasionally. Garnish with the remaining chopped parsley on top. Enjoy!

Note: If you prefer a soupier paella, add an extra 3/4 cup fish or seafood stock (about 200 ml).
