Ingredients

  • 500 gmmethi chopped
  • 500 gmwheat flour
  • as neededsalt and red chilli
  • 1 pinchhing
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and add tbsp oil and knead a dough by adding water

  2. 2

    Now take a roll,roll it like paratha and shallow fry on hot griddle by applying oil.
