Ingredients

  • 1 cupflaxseed meal
  • 3/4 cuphot water
  • 1/8 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring water to boil add salt and flaxseed and stir

  2. 2

    While you mixing it will form a dough about a minute take off the heat

  3. 3

    Place on the parchment paper cut to 4 balls

    Roll each ball to any shape

    Cook on grill reheated at 350 about a minute each side
