For Filling--
Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, Coriander, green chilli, stir for few seconds, add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum cook until vegetables are tender not mushy stir vegetables occasionally this should take 5-6 minutes. Add potatoes to the vegetables mix it well. Turn off the heat and mix the garam masala and maggie masala..Filling is ready. Keep it aside. - 2
For Roti--
In a bowl mix whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, soya flour, salt and oil. Add water to make smooth dough, adjust the water as needed. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes. - 3
Knead the dough again and divide into equal parts. Take one part of the dough and Roll it thin. Heat the tawa place the roti and cook about half a minute, Flip the roti over, and lightly press, flip it again roti should have light golden colour on both sides.
Roti is ready. Make all the rotis, cover and set it aside. - 4
Assembling the wrappes--
Take one roti spread butter and put about 2 tbsp of vegetable from the top, spread tomato ketchup..fold it tightly Lightly brush the butter both sides of wrap, now, wrap with silver foil and serve.
