Few Coriander leaves chopped
1green chilli cut into pieces

1/2tomato for garnishing

Beat 2 eggs with spring onions, chillies, corianders and salt

Heat a pan with oil and put the beaten egg and fry the Omelette from both sides

Remove and garnish with tomato, coriander and chilli
